Nigerian singer, Simi has said her colleague, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, deserves “flowers” despite his controversial nature.
Recall that Portable made headlines after he was captured in a viral video resisting arrest by police operatives. He was arrested and detained for three days before being arraigned before an Ogun State Magistrate Court, sitting in Ifo, on a three-count charge bothering on assault and theft of musical equipment.
He was later granted N800,000 bail; however, the Magistrate ordered that Portable be remanded at the correctional centre in Ilaro pending the perfection of his bail conditions.
